The CCCL Austellungsmannschaft (Luzern's chef's guild competition cooking team) led by Chef Leonard recently completed their 4th team test cook in preparation for the IGEHO exhibition in Basel in November, only 1 more test cook remains in order to correct the dishes so that finished items look perfect. To assist the team in their cause to achieve this perfection 2 of the Swiss Cooking associations top judges (Franz Jonke and Werner Schumacher) were invited to critique the dishes which will be on display on the 25th November, their expertise and assistance will allow the team progress to the next level and hopefully aid our cause to achieve some medal status at the competition itself.

CCCL Test Cooking
Heiko Antoniewicz and Michelin starred Molecular Gastronomy chef will be in IMI on the 29th May for a Molecular Worshop with the Culinary students and guests. this will mark the launch of the intergration of the molecular cookery style into our culinary program. prepare to be amazed!
This is a large local event with over 700 walkers participating. As the first stop IMI will be offering freshly ground coffee and patisserie as well as giving these hardy souls the benefit of the stunning views from the IMI campus. It is hoped that this will become a established part of the IMI yearly events calendar, one of many exciting events to be remembered.
For 1 week KDU culinary Lectures have been on the IMI Campus working together with the IMI Culinary team. Here are some of the impressions.
